Ground Lease Estoppel definition

Ground Lease Estoppel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.11.
Ground Lease Estoppel shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 3.5.
Ground Lease Estoppel means that certain estoppel certificate and agreement given by Fee Owner for the benefit of Lender and containing certain statements and agreements relating to the Ground Lease.

Ground Lease Estoppel means those certain estoppels executed in favor of Lxxxxx in connection with the Loan described on Schedule IV hereto.
