Grant Funding Agreement definition

Grant Funding Agreement means these Conditions together with its annexes and schedules including but not limited to Annex 1 Part A Grant Offer Letter;

Grant Funding Agreement means these Terms and Conditions plus the Grant Offer letter and any relevant annexes and associated documents;

Grant Funding Agreement means the Grant Funding Letter, and these Conditions, together with the schedules to these Conditions;

Examples of Grant Funding Agreement in a sentence

• The Recipient shall indemnify and hold harmless the Authority, its Representatives with respect to all actions, claims, charges, demands Losses and proceedings arising from or incurred by reason of the actions and/or omissions of the Grant Recipient in relation to the Funded Activities, the non-fulfilment of obligations of the Grant Recipient under this Grant Funding Agreement or its obligations to Third Parties.

• This includes (without limitation) situations where the Grant Recipient is paid in error before it has complied with its obligations under the Grant Funding Agreement.

• The Grant Recipient will prepare an Exit Plan within the first three months of this Grant Funding Agreement to allow the smooth closure of the Funded Activities.

• The Parties will use all reasonable endeavours to negotiate in good faith, and settle amicably, any dispute that arises during the continuance of the Grant Funding Agreement.

• Neither the Grant Recipient nor its Representatives shall engage in any personal, business or professional activity which conflicts or could conflict with any of their obligations in relation to the Grant Funding Agreement.

Grant Funding Agreement means the funding agreement between the Department and a Grant Recipient in relation to their funding under the Program.
