Government Official means (a) any official, officer, employee, or representative of, or any person acting in an official capacity for or on behalf of, any Governmental Authority, (b) any salaried political party official, elected member of political office or candidate for political office, or (c) any company, business, enterprise or other entity owned or controlled by any person described in the foregoing clauses;

Government Official means any agent, representative, official, officer, director, or employee of any government or any department, agency, or instrumentality thereof (including but not limited to any officer, director, or employee of a state-owned, operated or controlled entity) or of a public international organization, or any person acting in an official capacity for or on behalf of any such government, department, agency, instrumentality, or public international organization.
