Government Licenses definition

Government Licenses means all licenses, permits, approvals, permissions, consents, waivers or registrations required or issued by a government authority of China.

Government Licenses means all licenses, permits or franchises issued by any Authority relating to the operation, development, use, maintenance or occupancy of the Facilities or any other Asset or of the Contributed Business to extent that such licenses, permits or franchises relate principally to the normal operation and conduct of the Contributed Business.

Examples of Government Licenses in a sentence

• All material permits, certificates, licenses, approvals, consents and other authorizations (collectively, “Governmental Licenses”) issued by the appropriate federal, provincial, state, local or foreign regulatory agencies or bodies necessary to carry on the business currently carried on, or contemplated to be carried on, by it, are in place, or with respect to Government Licenses to conduct future activities, will be in place at the time such activities are commenced.

• The license granted in Section 2.1 above is conditional upon and subject to the U.S. Government Licenses and other rights retained by the United States in inventions developed by nonprofit institutions with the support of federal funds.

More Definitions of Government Licenses

Government Licenses has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.7.

Government Licenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(a) hereof.

Government Licenses means all permits, licenses, franchises, orders, registrations, certificates, variances, approvals and other authorizations obtained from foreign, federal, state or local governments or governmental agencies or other similar rights, including, without limitation, those listed on the attached Licenses Schedule as Governmental Licenses, and all data and records pertaining thereto, but excluding any such permits or licenses which are specifically identified on the Licenses Schedule as not transferable.

Government Licenses means all permits, licenses, franchises, orders, registrations, certificates, variances, approvals and other authorizations obtained from foreign, federal, state or local governments or governmental agencies or other similar rights, including those listed on Exhibit 4.20. 1.21 "Hagelstein" means Davix X. Xxxxxxxxxx, xxdividually, and as Trustee of the Davix Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxst u/a/d October 27, 1993.

Government Licenses means a regulatory approval or license, or investigational application, issued, granted, allowed or given by or under the authority of any Governmental Authority or pursuant to any law, rule or regulation throughout the Royalty Territory and required for the clinical testing in humans, or commercial sale, of the Product anywhere in the Royalty Territory, excluding all such applications, approvals or licenses related to the Marietta Facility, Louisville Distribution Center (as defined in the Asset Purchase Agreement), or products or services of Wyeth other than those relating solely to the Products and the Services.

Government Licenses means as defined in Section 1.1(a)(ix).
