  • Global Security means a Security issued to evidence all or a part of any series of Securities which is executed by the Company and authenticated and delivered by the Trustee to the Depositary or pursuant to the Depositary’s instruction, all in accordance with the Indenture, which shall be registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee.

  • Digital Signal Level means one of several transmission rates in the time-division multiplex hierarchy.

  • Wall sign means either a sign applied with paint or similar substance on the surface of a wall or a sign attached essentially parallel to and extending not more than 24 inches from the wall of a building with no copy on the sides or edges.

  • Global Security Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.3(e)(3) of Appendix A to this Indenture, which is required to be placed on all Global Securities issued under this Indenture.

  • Global Note Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.06(g)(ii), which is required to be placed on all Global Notes issued under this Indenture.

  • Offshore Global Note means a Global Note representing Notes issued and sold pursuant to Regulation S.
