Global Resolution definition

Global Resolution means the full settlement and release of all claims brought by the Paragon Litigation Trust against all of the defendants in the Action (including the Noble Defendants and the D&O Defendants), the Noble Defense Cost Claim (as defined below) and the Noble Indemnity Claim (as defined below).
