The Company shall not issue fractions of Warrants or distribute a Global Certificate or Warrant Certificates that evidence fractional Warrants.
In the case of the Holder of a Global Certificate, the Holder shall deliver the executed Notice of Exercise and payment of the Exercise Price pursuant to Section 2(a) and Section 2(b) of the Warrant Certificates (other than in the case of a Cashless Exercise).

The Warrant Register will show the names and addresses of the respective Holders of the Global Certificate or Definitive Warrant Certificates, the number of Warrant Shares evidenced on the face of each such Global Certificate or Definitive Warrant Certificate and the date of each such Global Certificate or Definitive Warrant Certificate.
