Generated Information definition

Generated Information means information produced in the performance of this CRADA.
Generated Information means information produced in the performance of this Agreement.

  • The Parties agree that they shall have no obligations of nondisclosure or limitations on their use of, and the Government shall have unlimited rights in, all Generated Information produced and information provided by the Parties under this CRADA, except for restrictions and copyright on data provided for in this Article or data disclosed in a Subject Invention disclosure being considered for Patent protection.

More Definitions of Generated Information

Generated Information means information first produced in the performance of this Agreement.
