General Representations definition

General Representations has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 9.01(a).
General Representations means the representations and warranties of the Company set forth in Article 3, other than Fundamental Representations.

More Definitions of General Representations

General Representations means all representations and warranties of the Sellers under this Agreement other than the Fundamental Representations.
General Representations means (a) the representations and warranties set forth in Section 3 other than the Fundamental Representations; and (b) the representations and warranties set forth in the Seller Closing Certificate, to the extent such representations and warranties relate to any of the matters addressed in any of the representations and warranties specified in clause “(a)” of this sentence.
General Representations means the representations and warranties in Article IV, Article V and Article VI other than the Statutory Representations and the Fundamental Representations.
