Gated Community definition

Gated Community means a residential subdivision or housing development with a vehicular or pedestrian gate that contains two or more dwellings not under common ownership. The term does not include a multi-unit housing project.
Gated Community means a grouping of multiple or single commercial and/or residential units accessible through locked gates. Emergency services need quick access to these structures to provided requested services.
Gated Community means a development serviced by a public water system within a private road or easement whose access is restricted.
