  • In case of receiving from the Gas Storage Operator information on termination of the natural gas storage (injection, withdrawal) selection agreement and / or agreement on provision of natural gas declaration services moving across the customs border of Ukraine, the Exchange suspends the participant's admission to trading.

  • The preliminary application may be rejected (not confirmed) by the Gas Storage Operator in the case of: - absence from storage at the seller of the volume of natural gas specified in the Preliminary application; - the presence of a technical error in the Preliminary application (in the name of the customer of storage services, EIC-code, in the amount of natural gas, etc.).
