Gas Contracts definition

Gas Contracts means the Gas Supply Contracts and the Gas Transportation Contracts.
Gas Contracts means all of the Company’s and Subsidiaries’ right, title and interest in and to gas sales contracts, transportation agreements, gas purchase contracts, processing agreements, treating agreements, gathering agreements, compression agreements and pipeline operational balancing agreements listed on Exhibit 14.1.
Gas Contracts means the following Contracts to which Duke Energy or any of its Affiliates is a party or by which it or any of its Affiliates or any of their respective Assets is bound, except for any such Contract or part thereof (i) that is expressly contemplated not to be transferred or assigned by any member of the Duke Energy Group to Spectra Energy, or (ii) that is expressly contemplated to be transferred or assigned to (or remain with) any member of the Duke Energy Group, in each case, pursuant to any provision of this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement:

Examples of Gas Contracts in a sentence

Gas Contracts means the Noranda Agreements and the Tenneco Agreements (as defined in the Financing Agreement). Gas Contracts the collective reference to the Gas Supply Contract, the Fuel Management Agreement, the Gas Supply Guaranty , the Fuel Management Guaranty and the Gas Transportation Contracts.

Gas Contracts means the Gas Purchase Contracts, the Gas Sale Contract and all other contracts and agreements for the purchase or other acquisition, sale or other disposition, exchange or transportation of natural, manufactured or mixed gas to which the Company is now or hereafter may become a party, and all renewals, extensions additions, amendments and modifications thereof entered into as permitted hereby. Notwithstanding the foregoing, "Gas Contracts" shall not include any contract or agreement for the transportation by the Company of natural, manufactured or mixed gas which (i) is owned by third parties and (ii) will not be acquired by the Company for sale to the Division pursuant to the Gas Sale Contract.
Gas Contracts shall not include any contract or agreement for the transportation by the Company of natural, manufactured or mixed gas which (i) is owned by third parties and (ii) will not be acquired by the Company for sale to the Division pursuant to the Gas Sale Contract.
