Gaming Business definition

Gaming Business means the gaming business and includes all businesses either licensed or unlicensed by a Gaming Authority necessary for, incident to or connected with or arising out of the operation of a gaming establishment or facility (including developing and operating lodging, retail and restaurant facilities, sports or entertainment facilities, transportation services or other related activities or enterprises and any additions or improvements thereto) and any businesses incident and useful to the gaming business, including, without limitation, food and beverage distribution operations to the extent that they are operated in connection with a gaming business.
Gaming Business means the businesses and operations of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries with respect to, and the properties and assets of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries used in connection with, the Specified Casino Properties and any other casinos, hotel casinos or gaming businesses now or in the future owned by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or in which the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries has an interest either through a joint venture or as a party to a management agreement.
Gaming Business. The business conducted by Hilton and its Subsidiaries relating to (i) the management, ownership, operation and development of Casino Hotels and gaming facilities other than Hotel Ancillary Facilities (such Casino Hotels and gaming facilities in existence as of the date hereof are specified in Schedule 1), (ii) the Gaming Corporate Functions and (iii) any other operations conducted by Hilton and its Subsidiaries utilizing the Gaming Group Assets.

  • The parties contemplate and agree that the Gaming Business and the Retained Business, including, but not limited to, the administration, payment and collection of accounts payable and accounts receivable, will be conducted in the ordinary course of business and consistent with past practice prior the Distribution Date.

More Definitions of Gaming Business

Gaming Business means, collectively, (a) any Class II Gaming or Class III Gaming conducted by or on behalf of the Tribe or any affiliate of the Tribe, and
Gaming Business and “Gaming Businesses” shall mean the businesses and operations of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries with respect to, and the properties and assets of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries used in connection with, any casinos (including riverboat and hotel casinos and all gaming devices therein), or other gaming businesses and other lines of business incidental thereto, including, but not limited to, the manufacture, sale or distribution of liquor or alcoholic beverages related to the foregoing gaming businesses, now or in the future owned by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or in which the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries has an interest either through a joint venture or as a party to a management agreement.
Gaming Business means (a) the Project and any Class II and Class III Gaming (as such terms are defined in IGRA) business and any activity or business incidental, related, complementary or similar thereto, or any business or activity that is a reasonable extension, development or expansion thereof or ancillary thereto, including without limitation any hotel, entertainment, transportation, golf, recreation, racetrack or other activity or business designed to promote, market, support, develop, construct or enhance the gaming and resort business operated by or on behalf of any Tribal Party (including the Authority), including internet gaming, and (b) all business activities on the Proschold Property, including the vineyard thereon.
Gaming Business means the current business conducted by Cantor Index Holdings, L.P. ("CIH") or a subsidiary thereof, which consists of financial spread betting and equity contracts for difference, and those activities described in clauses (i) through (iv) below that shall be conducted from time to time in the future by CIH or any of its subsidiaries controlled by CIH, directly or through its subsidiaries. Gaming Business shall also mean activities that the Cantor Parties may irrevocably designate in writing from time to time, primarily with individual customers, directly or indirectly, wherever located and however conducted, currently and in the future, that involve (i) receiving or negotiating bets or conducting pool betting operations or the provision of services in connection therewith; (ii) organizing or conducting gaming or the provision of services in connection therewith; (iii) organizing or
