More Definitions of Funding streams

Funding streams means any funds provided to the LAA either externally from central government or internally from the Parties (and shall include Pooled Funding and Aligned Funding) which shall be, for the period from 1 April 2006 to 31 March 2007, as set out in Schedule 1 and thereafter as notified by the Accountable Body to the Board from time to time;.
Funding streams means the sources of financial assistance the Funding Recipient applied for and is qualified to receive in each year of this agreement as more fully described in Appendix B, as such appendix may be updated from time to time by the County. Appendix B includes a description of the applicable Funding Stream(s), together with a budget summary outlining the amount of financial assistance associated with each Funding Stream for that year, and may include a summary of requirements the Funding Recipient must meet in order to receive the financial assistance associated with the Funding Stream(s).   • Centralized prescription processing means the processing by a pharmacy of a request from another pharmacy to fill or refill a prescription drug order or to perform processing functions such as dispensing, drug utilization review, claims adjudication, refill authorizations, and therapeutic interventions.
