Examples of Funded Organisation in a sentence

  • Match Funding; means a variable sum of money, payable by the Council to the Funded Organisation, which is dependent on the amount raised by the Funded Organisation, up to a maximum of the amount specified in this agreement, which may be payable in each financial year covered by this agreement.

  • The Council will not disclose them to anyone unconnected with the Council unless the Funded Organisation has consented to their release, or in certain circumstances where: ▪ the Council is legally obliged to do so; ▪ disclosure is necessary for the proper discharge of the Council’s statutory functions; ▪ disclosure is necessary to enable the Council to provide the Funded Organisation with a requested service or to deal with its enquiry; ▪ the Council is under a duty to protect public funds.

  • The Funded Organisation shall indemnify and hold harmless the Funder, its employees, agents, officers or sub-contractors with respect to all claims, demands, actions, costs, expenses, losses, damages and all other liabilities arising from or incurred by reason of the actions and/or omissions of the Funding Organisation in relation to the Project, the non-fulfilment of obligations of the Funding Organisation under this agreement or its obligations to third parties.

  • The Funded Organisation will be required to provide monitoring information to London Councils regarding the delivery of the Outputs and Outcomes in the form set out at Appendix 4 to this Funding Agreement.
