Fund Return definition

Fund Return means value determined in accordance with the following formula:

  • A Participant will not be able to change his or her selection of a Hedge Fund Return Option to a Mutual Fund Return Option until twelve (12) months following the date that such Hedge Fund Return Option has been credited to his or her Account Balance.

  • The Hedge Fund Return Option will be transferred into a money market fund within eighteen (18) months prior to the Participant’s specified payment date, upon which the Participant may subsequently allocate such Account Balance to any Mutual Fund Return Options.
