Shipper shall be responsible for providing such Fuel Reimbursement at each Point of Receipt on a pro rata basis based on the quantities received on any Day at a Point of Receipt divided by the total quantity Delivered at all Point(s) of Delivery under this transportation service agreement.
All nominated quantities will be expressed in Dekatherms per day; and shall include Fuel Reimbursement.
ALLOCATIONSUnless otherwise agreed, allocations at the Company’s Receipt Point(s), less Fuel Reimbursement, will be based on the lower of the three; (I) Nominations to Company or (ii) confirmed Nominations or (iii) Allocations provided by Interconnecting Party(s).
