Fuel Field of Use definition

Fuel Field of Use means the conversion of fermentable sugars derived from Biomass into liquid fuel and/or liquid fuel additives. For purposes of this Section 1.13 only, (a) “liquid” means [*], and (b) “fuel additive” means [*].
Fuel Field of Use has the meaning set forth in the License Agreement.
Fuel Field of Use means the conversion of fermentable sugars derived from Biomass into liquid fuel and/or liquid fuel additives. For purposes of this Section 1.13 only, (a) “liquid” means a substance that is a liquid at a temperature of twenty-five (25) degrees Celsius under atmospheric pressure, and (b) “fuel additive” means a substance which is added to fuel to modify the characteristics of such fuel, including, for example, biodegradability, combustibility, viscosity, performance and/or emissions profile.

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents, the Licensor Know-How, Licensor Materials, Product IP, and Licensor’s rights in the Program IP and Joint Patents.
