Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act definition

Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act means the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. F-25, as amended or replaced from time to time.
Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act or “FOIPPA” means the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (British Columbia).
