Formal Meeting means any formal assembly that requires and qualifies for quorum with an approved agenda open to UH Hilo students, faculty, staff, and administration where Senate matters are discussed and/or voted upon for approval including, but not limited to senate bills, senate resolutions, senate committee reports, and/or budget requests and in accordance with the specified version of Robert’s Rules of Order used per the Senate Rules.

  • In accordance with the provisions of the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Law, Notice of this Formal Meeting has been mailed to The Trenton Times, The Trentonian and The Princeton Packet newspapers as well as having been posted in the both the County Administration Building and Courthouse at least forty-eight (48) hours in Advance of the meeting.

  • Special Meeting means a special meeting of the holders of Voting Shares, called by the Board of Directors for the purpose of approving a supplement or amendment to this Agreement pursuant to Subsection 5.4(b);
