Form of Assignment definition

Form of Assignment means the form set forth at the foot of this Warrant.

Form of Assignment means the “Form of Assignment” attached as Attachment 4 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Form of Assignment means an assignment that will be in substantially the same form as that attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B.

Examples of Form of Assignment in a sentence

• The form of the document(s) to be used to assign leases shall be substantially in the form set forth in Attachment I (Form of Assignment of Lease and Assumption).

• To the extent Land Rights other than leases are transferred to Company, appropriate modifications will be made to Attachment I (Form of Assignment of Lease and Assumption) to effectuate the transfer of such Land Rights.

• If the certification set forth above in the Form of Election to Exercise or the Form of Assignment is not completed, the Corporation reserves the right to treat the Beneficial Owner of the Rights evidenced by this Rights Certificate to be an Acquiring Person or an Affiliate or Associate thereof (as defined in the Rights Agreement) and accordingly such Rights will be null and void.

• In the event the certification set forth above in the Form of Assignment and Form of Election to Exercise, as applicable, is not completed, the Company will deem the Beneficial Owner of the Rights evidenced by this Rights Certificate to be an Acquiring Person or an Affiliate or Associate thereof.

• In the event the certification set forth in the Form of Assignment is not completed, the Corporation will deem the Beneficial Owner of the Rights evidenced by this Rights Certificate to be an Acquiring Person or an Affiliate or Associate thereof (all capitalized terms are used as defined in the Rights Agreement) and accordingly such Rights shall be null and void.
