Forests NSW definition

Forests NSW or “FNSW” means the Forestry Commission of New South Wales constituted by the Forestry Act 1916;
Forests NSW means the Forestry Commission of NSW, a corporation sole established by the Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000, and any agents or contractors performing functions under the Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000.

  • IPPF means the indigenous peoples planning framework for the Investment Program, including any update thereto, agreed between the Borrower and ADB and incorporated by reference in the FFA;

  • Native Hawaiian means any individual who is a descendant of the aboriginal people who, prior to 1778, occupied and exercised sovereignty in the area that now constitutes the State of Hawaii.

  • IPP means the indigenous peoples plan for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower through the EA pursuant to the requirements set forth in the IPPF and cleared by ADB;

  • SLDC means the State Load Dispatch Center as notified by the State Government.
