Foreign Content definition

Foreign Content means, with respect to any Supply Contract, the amount representing the foreign content in such contract as specified in Section 2 of the relevant Ex-Im Bank Approval. Ex-Im Bank shall determine what does and does not constitute Foreign Content, and such determination, in the absence of manifest error, shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes.
Foreign Content means that portion of the cost of an Item arising from materials which are not of US origin or from labor and services not performed in the US.

Foreign Content means, with respect to any Item, all of the labor, materials and services which are not of United States origin or manufacture, or which are not incorporated into such Item in the United States.
