Foreign Companies definition

Foreign Companies means collectively, the Australia Companies, UK Company, Canadian Company, German Company, Japan Company, Pitbull and French Company.
Foreign Companies or “foreign enterprises” means companies or enterprises in which the controlling shares are owned by persons other than the Government, its agencies or citizens of Nigeria;

Foreign Companies means any Subsidiary of the Company which (i) is not organized under the laws of the United States, any state thereof or the District of Columbia and (ii) conducts substantially all of its business operations in a country other than the United States of America.
Foreign Companies means, collectively, CH Canada, CH NZ and CH Australia.
