Floor Broker definition

Floor Broker means an individual who is registered under the Act as a dealer in the floor broker registration category;
Floor Broker means any person who, in or surrounding any pit, ring, post, or other place or electronic platform provided by LCFE for the meeting of persons similarly engaged, shall purchase or sell for any other person any commodity for spots or future delivery on, or subject to the rules of LCFE and shall include any person required to register as a floor broker under the ISA.
