Financial Package definition

Financial Package means the financing package indicating the total capital cost of the Project and the means of financing thereof, as set forth in the Financial Model and approved by the Lenders, and includes Equity and all financial assistance specified in the Financing Agreements;
Financial Package means the financing package indicating the total capital cost of the Project and the means of financing thereof, as set forth in the Financial Model and approved by the Senior Lenders, and includes all financial assistance specified in the Financing Agreements and Subordinated Debt, if any;
Financial Package means the financing package indicating the means of financing the Facilities, and includes all Financial Assistance specified in the Financing Documents and the Equity.

  • Prior to the occurrence of Project Milestone-I, the Concessionaire shall have commenced construction of the Project and expended not less than 30% (thirty per cent) of the Total Project Cost set forth in the Financial Package.

Financial Package means the financing package indicating the total capital cost of Project Completion and the means of financing thereof, as set forth in the Financial Model and approved bythe Senior Lenders, and includes Equity and all Financial Assistance specified in the FinancingDocuments.

Related to Financial Package

  • Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Financial Model means the financial model adopted by Senior Lenders, setting forth the capital and operating costs of the Project and revenues therefrom on the basis of which financial viability of the Project has been determined by the Senior Lenders, and includes a description of the assumptions and parameters used for making calculations and projections therein;

  • Financial Period means a period for which a profit and loss account of a company is made up in accordance with this Law;

  • Financial Plan as defined in Section 5.1(i).

  • Financial Product means any securities, futures contracts or leveraged foreign exchange contracts as defined under the SFO. Regarding “leveraged foreign exchange contracts”, it is only applicable to those traded by persons licensed for Type 3 regulated activity.

  • Financial Information has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5(b).

  • Financial Products “Development Services”; “Target Market”; “Investment Areas”; and “Targeted Populations” have the meanings ascribed to such terms in 12 C.F.R. 1805.104.

  • Financial Quarter means the period commencing on the day after one Quarter Date and ending on the next Quarter Date.

  • Financial Data means any financial and market data, price quotes, news, analyst opinions, research reports, signals, graphs or any other data or information whatsoever available through the Trading Platform.

  • Pro Forma Financial Statements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(b) hereof.
