Examples of Final Vesting Date in a sentence
The Developer will as soon as possible after Completion of the Works but no later than the Final Vesting Date, vest or otherwise transfer, or agree to the vesting or transfer of, unencumbered ownership of the Improvements to the Utility Operator specified by AT at no cost to that Utility Operator on the terms and conditions specified by the Utility Operator (unless agreed otherwise by that Utility Operator).
If your Service terminates by reason of your death after the Initial Vesting Date but prior to the Final Vesting Date, then you will be entitled to have vest on the date your Service terminates all unvested Earned Units.
If your Service terminates by reason of your Disability after the Initial Vesting Date but prior to the Final Vesting Date, then you will be entitled to have vest on the date your Service terminates all unvested Earned Units.
If your employment terminates prior to the Final Vesting Date under circumstances other than as set forth in Sections 4(b) through (d), all unvested Units shall immediately be forfeited.
Subject to Sections 4(b)-(d), the number of Units that have been earned during the Performance Period, as determined by the Committee in accordance with Exhibit A (the “Earned Units”), will vest on the Initial Vesting Date and the Final Vesting Date in the amounts described in this section, so long as your Service has been continuous from the Grant Date to each applicable vesting date.
