Final Distribution definition

Final Distribution means any distribution made in redemption of all or a portion of the Up-MACRO Tradeable Shares pursuant to Section 5.2(b) on the earlier of the Final Scheduled Termination Date or an Early Termination Date.

Final Distribution. Has the meaning specified in the Escrow Agreement.

More Definitions of Final Distribution

Final Distribution means the final Plan Distribution made under the Plan by the Monitor, on behalf of the Participating CCAA Parties;

Final Distribution means the distribution under this Plan which, (a) after giving effect to such distribution, results in remaining assets held by such Liquidation Trust, including cash, of a value of less than $500 or (b) the Bankruptcy Court determines that such distribution is the Final Distribution.
