Final Bill definition

Final Bill means a bill we issue when you:
Final Bill means a bill rendered for services through the final date of service;
Final Bill. A customer's final bill will be mailed in a timely manner to encourage collection and customer understanding. The final bill will include all consumption used up to the time of service disconnection and any other charges or amounts due.

  • The Contractor shall submit the Final Bill within three months of physical completion of the works.

  • The final bill shall be submitted, by the contractor within three months of physical completion of the works, No further claims shall be made by the contractor after submission of the Final Bill and these shall be deemed to have been waived and extinguished.

  • When the amount of the Final Bill is determined, the monthly payment may be adjusted.

  • If Tulsa County does not submit a Final Bill within 180 days of the completion date the Government may close the Grant unilaterally and deobligate all remaining funds.

  • Completion Plans to be made by the Contractor Payment of Final Bill Materials supplied by CSL CLAUSE 10 Completion plan shall be prepared and furnished to the Engineer-in-charge if specified in the contract within 14 days from the date of completion of work.
