Filter Cake definition

Filter Cake means materials produced by SMC from the Mines and Secondary Material, in each case containing principally platinum, palladium and rhodium and generally having the composition as described in Section 5.1 hereof.
Filter Cake means waste from the gas/ water treatment as described in section B2.5.1 of the Application.
Filter Cake means materials containing principally platinum, palladium and rhodium produced by SMC from the Stillwater Mine, the East Boulder Mine, and Secondary Material.

  • All risk of loss or damage to the Filter Cake and contained metals from all causes shall be assumed by the Party in possession of such Filter Cake and/or Returnable Metals.

  • If a Force Majeure Event affects the Facility, JM will make reasonable efforts to arrange for the treatment and refining of Filter Cake at facilities in the United Kingdom belonging to the Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Group companies, upon such terms as agreed between the Parties and JM will bear the excess costs of such treatment and refining, if any, over the costs to SMC of treatment and refining by JM hereunder in the absence of such Force Majeure Event.

  • JM shall return to SMC, in accordance with this Agreement, the respective percentages of platinum, palladium and rhodium in the Filter Cake in the form of sponge, and of gold and silver in the Filter Cake in the form of grain, in each case conforming to the respective percentages of minimum purity as set forth in Exhibit C.

  • It is understood and agreed that the Filter Cake shall not contain any hazardous or toxic materials, nor shall it contain any other impurities the solubility of which will materially negatively impact the refining process, and in either case JM shall have the absolute right to refuse to accept that particular Filter Cake for refining or (at the sole option of JM) ask SMC to agree to different financial terms for this Agreement as they relate to the Filter Cake containing such materials or impurities.

  • Harvest batch means a specifically identified quantity of dried flower or trim, leaves, and other cannabis plant matter that is uniform in strain, harvested at the same time, and, if applicable, cultivated using the same pesticides and other agricultural chemicals, and harvested at the same time.

  • Cannabis concentrate means cannabis that has undergone a process to concentrate one or more active cannabinoids, thereby increasing the product’s potency. Aerosol adhesives include special purpose spray adhesives, mist spray adhesives, and web spray adhesives.

  • High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential. The SNAP list of alternatives is found at 40 CFR part 82, subpart G, with supplemental tables of alternatives available at (http://www.epa.gov/snap/ ).

  • Tetrahydrocannabinol means the natural or synthetic equivalents of the substances contained in the plant, or in the resinous extractives of, Cannabis sativa, or any synthetic substances, compounds, salts, or derivatives of the plant or chemicals and their isomers with similar chemical structure and pharmacological activity.

  • Inert ingredient means an ingredient which is not an active ingredient.

  • Refiner means any person who owns, operates, or otherwise controls a refinery.

  • Plasma arc incinerator means any enclosed device using a high intensity electrical discharge or arc as a source of heat followed by an afterburner using controlled flame combustion and which is not listed as an industrial furnace.

  • Aerosol coating product means a pressurized coating product containing pigments or resins that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant, and is packaged in a disposable can for hand-held application, or for use in specialized equipment for ground traffic/marking applications.

  • Coal means non-coking as well as coking coal, produced domestically and categorized into different classes, grades and sizes, as per the notification/order issued for such purpose by Government of India(GoI)/CIL/ Seller; and shall where the context so requires, include Imported Coal.

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • True vapor pressure means the equilibrium partial pressure exerted by a petroleum liquid as determined in accordance with methods described in American Petroleum Institute (API) Bulletin 2517, Evaporation Loss from External Floating Roof Tanks, 1980. The API procedure may not be applicable to some high viscosity or high pour crudes. Available estimates of true vapor pressure may be used in special cases such as these.

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.
