Federal Funds Rate Note definition

Federal Funds Rate Note with respect to such Interest Period and the interest rate with respect to this Note for any Interest Reset Date relating to such Interest Period shall be the Federal Funds Rate as adjusted by the Spread and/or Spread Multiplier, if any, as specified on the face hereof, as determined on the applicable Federal Funds Rate Interest Determination Date. Federal Funds Rate Notes will be subject to the Minimum Interest Rate and Maximum Interest Rate, if any. The Federal Funds Rate will be calculated by reference to either the Federal Funds (Effective) Rate, the Federal Funds Open Rate or the Federal Funds Target Rate, as specified on the face hereof.
Federal Funds Rate Note shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 105 of this Ninth Supplemental Indenture.
Federal Funds Rate Note shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 105 of this Seventh Supplemental Indenture.

  • Federal Funds Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum equal to the weighted average of the rates on overnight Federal funds transactions with members of the Federal Reserve System arranged by Federal funds brokers on such day, as published by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York on the Business Day next succeeding such day; provided that (a) if such day is not a Business Day, the Federal Funds Rate for such day shall be such rate on such transactions on the next preceding Business Day as so published on the next succeeding Business Day, and (b) if no such rate is so published on such next succeeding Business Day, the Federal Funds Rate for such day shall be the average rate (rounded upward, if necessary, to a whole multiple of 1/100 of 1%) charged to Bank of America on such day on such transactions as determined by the Administrative Agent.

  • Federal Funds Open Rate Note Unless otherwise specified on the face hereof, “Federal Funds Open Rate” means the rate set forth on Moneyline Telerate (or any successor service) on page 5 (or any other page as may replace the specified page on that service) for an Interest Determination Date underneath the caption “FEDERAL FUNDS” in the row titled “OPEN”. If the rate is not available for an Interest Determination Date, the rate for that Interest Determination Date shall be the Federal Funds Rate as determined below.

  • Federal Funds Open Rate means the rate set forth on Moneyline Telerate (or any successor service) on page 5 (or any other page as may replace the specified page on that service) for an Interest Determination Date underneath the caption “FEDERAL FUNDS” in the row titled “OPEN”.   • CMS Rate means the applicable swap rate for swap transactions in the Reference Currency with a maturity of the Designated Maturity, expressed as a percentage, which appears on the Relevant Screen Page as at the Specified Time on the relevant Interest Determination Date in question, all as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Interest Rate Basis means the Base Rate or the Eurodollar Basis, as applicable.

  • Bid Rate Note means a promissory note of the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit B, payable to the order of a Lender as originally in effect and otherwise duly completed.

  • Available Funds Rate With respect to any Payment Date and the Notes, the per annum rate equal to the product of (1) (a) 360 divided by (b) the actual number of days in the Accrual Period, and (2) (a) Interest Funds for such Payment Date, divided by (b) the aggregate Class Principal Amount of the Notes as of the first day of the related Accrual Period.

  • Prime Rate Spread means the difference (expressed as the number of basis points) between (a) LIBOR plus the Spread on the date LIBOR was last applicable to the Loan and (b) the Prime Rate on the date that LIBOR was last applicable to the Loan; provided, however, in no event shall such difference be a negative number.

  • Alternate Base Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at the Alternate Base Rate.

  • U.S. Base Rate means, for any day, the greater of:

  • Canadian Base Rate means, at any time, the annual rate of interest equal to the greater of (a) the annual rate from time to time publicly announced by Agent (or a bank that is listed on Schedule 1 of the Bank Act (Canada) acceptable to Agent) as its prime rate in effect for determining interest rates on Canadian Dollar denominated commercial loans made in Canada and (b) the annual rate of interest equal to the sum of the 30-day BA Rate at such time plus 1% percent per annum.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • Overnight LIBOR Rate means, in relation to any Loan in a LIBOR Quoted Specified Alternative Currency for any day, a rate per annum equal to the London Interbank Offered Rate (“LIBOR”) for such currency or, if such rate is not available, a comparable or successor rate which rate is reasonably selected by the Administrative Agent, as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time) at approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) for an amount comparable to the amount of that Loan on such day for overnight deposits in the relevant currency, and, if any such applicable rate is below zero, the Overnight Libor Rate for such day will be deemed to be zero; provided, that, after the date hereof and to the extent a comparable or successor rate is reasonably selected by the Administrative Agent (as contemplated above), such selected rate shall be applied in a manner consistent with market practice; provided, further that to the extent such market practice is not administratively feasible for the Administrative Agent, such selected rate shall be applied in a manner as otherwise reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent.

  • Fixed Rate Notes Together, the Class A-1a Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-4 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes and the Class E Notes.

  • Floating Rate Notes means the Class A-2b Notes.

  • CMT Rate means, with respect to any Reset Date (in the following order of priority):

  • LIBOR Interest Rate means the rate per year (rounded upward to the next one-sixteenth (1/16th) of one percent (0.0625%), if necessary) determined by CNB to be the quotient of (a) the LIBOR Base Rate divided by (b) one minus the Eurocurrency Reserve Requirement for the Interest Period; which is expressed by the following formula: LIBOR Base Rate

  • Base Rate Basis means a simple interest rate equal to the sum of (i) the Base Rate and (ii) the Applicable Margin applicable to Base Rate Advances for the applicable Loans. The Base Rate Basis shall be adjusted automatically as of the opening of business on the effective date of each change in the Base Rate to account for such change, and shall also be adjusted to reflect changes of the Applicable Margin applicable to Base Rate Advances.
