FATCA Agreement definition

FATCA Agreement means an agreement entered into by or with respect to the Company or its Subsidiaries with a Governmental Authority pursuant to FATCA.
FATCA Agreement means an agreement entered into by or with respect to the Partnership, the General Partner or the Investment Manager (or any Affiliate of such Persons) with a Governmental Authority pursuant to FATCA.
