Farm Credit Law definition

Farm Credit Law has the meaning specified in Section 11.17.
Farm Credit Law has the meaning specified in Section 11.24. “Farm Credit Lender” means a federally-chartered Farm Credit System lending institution organized under the Farm Credit Act of 1971. “FASB ASC” means the Accounting Standards Codification of the Financial Accounting Standards Board. “FATCA” means Sections 1471 through 1474 of the Internal Revenue Code, as of the Original Closing Date (or any amended or successor version that is substantively comparable and not materially more onerous to comply with), any current or future Treasury regulations or official interpretations thereof and any agreements entered into pursuant to Section 1471(b)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code and any fiscal or regulatory legislation, rules or official practices adopted pursuant to any intergovernmental agreement, treaty or convention among Governmental Authorities and implementing such Sections of the Code. “Federal Funds Rate” means, for any day, the rate per annum calculated by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York based on such day’s federal funds transactions by depository institutions (as determined in such manner as the Federal Reserve Bank of New York shall set forth on its public website from time to time) and published on the next succeeding Business Day by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as the federal funds effective rate; provided that if the Federal Funds Rate as so determined would be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement. “Fee Letter” means each of the Administrative Agent Fee Letter, each fee letter dated as of September 23, 2016 by and between the Company and any Arranger and the Restatement Effective Date Fee Letter. “Financial Officer” means the chief executive officer, chief financial officer, principal accounting officer, treasurer or controller of the Company (or any other officer reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent). “Fiscal Quarter” means a fiscal quarter of a Fiscal Year. “Fiscal Year” means the fiscal year of the Company and its Subsidiaries, which period shall be the annual period ending on the last Sunday in May of each year, as may be changed in accordance with Section 8.03(b). “Fitch” means Fitch Ratings, Inc. and its successors. “Foreign Lender” means a Lender that is not a U.S. Person. Examples of Farm Credit Law in a sentence

  • Nothing contained in this Section 11.24, nor the delivery to any Loan Party of any summary of any rights under, or any notice pursuant to, the Farm Credit Law shall be deemed to be, or be constructed to indicate the determination or agreement by any Loan Party, any Agent, or any Lender that the Farm Credit Law, or any rights thereunder, are or will be applicable to any Loan Party or to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Revolving Loan Facility means the credit facility or portion thereof established by Lender in favor of Borrower for the purpose of providing working capital in the form of loans and/or Letters of Credit to finance the manufacture, production or purchase and subsequent export sale of Items pursuant to Loan Documents under which Credit Accommodations may be made and repaid on a continuous basis based solely on credit availability on the Export-Related Borrowing Base during the term of such credit facility

  • Revolving Credit Lender means, at any time, any Lender that has a Revolving Credit Commitment at such time.

  • Revolving Credit Facility means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Revolving Credit Lenders’ Revolving Credit Commitments at such time.

  • CoBank means CoBank, ACB.

  • Letter of Credit Facility means, at any time, an amount equal to the amount of the Issuing Bank’s Letter of Credit Commitment at such time, as such amount may be reduced at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.05.

  • Revolving Loan Notes means the promissory notes of the Borrower provided pursuant to Section 2.1(e) in favor of any of the Revolving Lenders evidencing the Revolving Loan provided by any such Revolving Lender pursuant to Section 2.1(a), individually or collectively, as appropriate, as such promissory notes may be amended, modified, extended, restated, replaced, or supplemented from time to time.

  • Revolving Credit Agreement means that certain Revolving Credit Agreement dated as of August 30, 2004 between the Company, certain of its Subsidiaries and the banks and financial institutions listed therein, as such agreement may be replaced, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Letter of Credit Collateral has the meaning specified in Section 6.02(b).

  • Swing Loan Lender means PNC, in its capacity as lender of the Swing Loans.
