Extension Notice Date definition

Extension Notice Date as defined in Section 2.1(e).

Extension Notice Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.18(a).

Extension Notice Date means the date of receipt by the Company of the Extension Notice, or if such date is not a trading day, the last trading day immediately prior to such date.

• Tenant shall have no right to exercise its right to extend the Term of this Agreement at such time as an Event of Default is outstanding beyond the applicable notice and cure period; provided, that, if the Port declares an Event of Default within thirty (30) days prior to the Extension Notice Date, then the period of time within which said option may be exercised shall be extended as reasonably necessary for Tenant to cure the Event of Default.
