Extended Warranties definition

Extended Warranties means warranties that have been entered into by a customer in relation to a Contract for the period after the expiry of warranties covering a period of five years from commissioning (i.e from year 6 onwards) as clearly identified in Appendix A
Extended Warranties means the Warranties in Sections 5.8 (Intellectual Property) and 5.15 (Product Liability).
Extended Warranties means those extended warranties provided by Philips RS to Users who receive or received a Remanufactured Device as part of a Recall Program, as set forth in Section 3.5 below.

  • It may not be required to use all of the items listed under Extended Warranties and General Information, in the construction of this project.

  • Bidder shall not include Extended Warranties as part of the Unit Price.

  • Identify all Extended Warranties which are defined as any guarantee of performance for the product or system beyond the one-year correction period described in the General Conditions.

  • Extended Warranties: Any warranty exceeding one year provided by the supplier or manufacturer of any equipment or materials used in the Project shall be extended for such term.

  • Extended Warranties on the entire vehicle are strongly recommended to protect all parties, increasing the life of the vehicle and adaptive equipment and reducing replacement time.

  • The Contractor shall also provide warranties from manufacturers for the specified items and systems within the Contract Documents (the “Manufacturers’ Warranties”), Warranty Forms shallbe attached as Exhibit “D” to this Agreement and may include Extended Warranties.

Related to Extended Warranties

  • Warranties - means collectively any and all warranties (if any) given by the Bidder in terms of this agreement.

  • Defects Liability Period means the warranty period following the taking over, during which the Contractor is responsible for making good, defects and damage in Goods and Services provided, under the Contract.

  • Warranty Period /„Maintenance Period‟ shall mean the period during which the Contractor shall remain liable for repair or replacement of any defective part of the Works performed under the Contract.
