Export Documentation definition

Export Documentation means, in respect of each Product, shipping documentation evidencing the export of such Product from the territory in which the relevant Manufacturing Site is located.
Export Documentation means the export documentation prescribed under the Customs and Excise Act for countries other than Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia or Swaziland;
Export Documentation means any export related documentation in whatever form.
