Expected Periodic Distribution Amount definition

Expected Periodic Distribution Amount means on any relevant Periodic Distribution Date (as defined in the paragraph entitled “Other terms and conditions – Profit/coupon/rental rate payment frequency”), such amount calculated at the Periodic Distribution Rate (as defined in the paragraph entitled “Other terms and conditions – Profit/coupon/rental rate (fixed or floating)”) on the nominal value of the relevant Sukuk Wakalah based on actual/365 days convention.
Expected Periodic Distribution Amount means, in relation to each Series of Sukuk Wakalah with Periodic Distributions, the amount of profit payable by the Issuer to the Relevant Sukukholders to be made periodically on each Periodic Distribution Date of which the amount shall be calculated at the Periodic Distribution Rate on the Nominal Value of the Sukuk Wakalah based on the Periodic Distribution Basis;
Expected Periodic Distribution Amount means on any relevant Periodic Distribution Date (as defined in the paragraph entitled “Other terms and conditions– Profit/coupon/rental payment frequency”), such amount calculated at the rate of periodic distribution (as further described in the paragraph entitled “Other terms and conditions – Profit/coupon/rental rate (fixed or floating)”) (“Periodic Distribution Rate”) on the nominal value of the relevant Sukuk Wakalah based on actual/365 days convention.(d) Upon the purchase of the Commodities, the Buyer, via a commodity trading participant, will immediately sell the Commodities to the commodity buyer(s) at Bursa Suq Al-Sila’ and/or a commodity broker other than Commodity Broker A acceptable to the Shariah Adviser (“Commodity Broker B”) (“Commodity Buyer”) on spot basis for cash, at a selling price equivalent to the Commodity Purchase Price (“Selling Price”).5. During the tenure of the Sukuk Wakalah, returns generated from the relevant Wakalah Investments (being the returns generated from the investment into the Shariah-Compliant Business and the Commodity Murabahah Investment) up to the Expected Periodic Distribution Amount, shall be distributed periodically in the form of periodic distributions (“Periodic Distributions”, and each a “Periodic Distribution”).Any returns from the Wakalah Investments in excess of the Expected Periodic Distribution Amount shall be waived by the Sukukholders and retained by the Investment Wakeel as incentive fees for its services in managing the Wakalah Investments.In relation to the AT-1 Sukuk Wakalah only, in the event income generated from Wakalah Investments is insufficient to pay the Expected Periodic Distribution Amount, the Investment Wakeel may, at its sole and absolute discretion, provide hibah to the Sukuk Trustee (on behalf of the holders of the AT-1 Sukuk Wakalah).6. Bank Muamalat as the obligor (“Obligor”) shall grant a master purchase undertaking (“Purchase Undertaking”) to the Sukuk Trustee (for the benefit of the Sukukholders), in which the Obligor shall purchase the Sukukholders’ undivided and proportionate beneficial interest in the Shariah-compliant Business at the relevant Exercise Price (as defined below) via a sale and purchase agreement as follows:

Examples of Expected Periodic Distribution Amount in a sentence

  • The Deferred Sale Price shall be equal to the sum of the aggregate Expected Periodic Distribution Amount (as defined below) and 100% of the nominal value of the relevant Senior Sukuk Wakalah or Tier 2 Sukuk Wakalah.

  • Any excess above the Expected One-off Distribution Amount or Expected Periodic Distribution Amount (as the case may be) shall be waived by the Sukukholders and retained by the Wakeel as incentive fee.

  • No default: Notwithstanding any other provision in these principal terms and conditions, the deferral of any Expected Periodic Distribution Amount payment or any Arrears of Deferred Periodic Distribution payment or any Additional Periodic Distribution Amount payment in accordance with this paragraph shall not constitute a default for any purpose (including, without limitation, pursuant to the (Enforcement Event) paragraph on the part of the Issuer.22.

Related to Expected Periodic Distribution Amount

  • Periodic Distribution Date means the first Business Day that is as soon as reasonably practicable occurring approximately ninety (90) days after the immediately preceding Periodic Distribution Date.

  • Class C Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Current Interest for the Class C Interest for such Distribution Date, (ii) any Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date and (iii) without duplication, any Subsequent Recoveries not distributed to the Class A, Class M and Class B Certificates on such Distribution Date; provided, however, that, on any Distribution Date after the Distribution Date on which the Certificate Principal Balances of the Class A, Class M and Class B Certificates have been reduced to zero, the Class C Distribution Amount shall include the Overcollateralization Amount.

Additionally, with respect to any Mortgage Pool that is comprised of two or more Loan Groups, if on any Distribution Date Compensating Interest provided pursuant to this Section 3.16(e) is less than Prepayment Interest Shortfalls incurred on the Mortgage Loans in connection with Principal Prepayments in Full and Curtailments made in the prior calendar month, such Compensating Interest shall be allocated on such Distribution Date to the Available Distribution Amount for each Loan Group on a pro rata basis in accordance with the respective amounts of such Prepayment Interest Shortfalls incurred on the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group in respect of such Distribution Date.

  • Regular Principal Distribution Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to (a) the excess, if any, of (i) the Note Balance as of such Payment Date (before giving effect to any principal payments made on the Notes on such Payment Date), over (ii) the excess, if any, of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the end of the related Collection Period less the Overcollateralization Target Amount minus (b) the sum of the First Priority Principal Distribution Amount and the Second Priority Principal Distribution Amount for such Payment Date.
