Expansion Date definition

Expansion Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.30(a)(i).
Expansion Date means the date on which Landlord has “Substantially Completedconstruction of theTenant Improvements” (each as defined below) to be contained within Suite 450. For purposes hereof, “Substantial Completion” (and any derivation thereof) means the Tenant Improvements have been sufficiently completed to enable Tenant to use Suite 450 of the Premises, with the exception of any Punch List Items (as defined below) and Tenant’s controlled Improvements, If any (e.g., Tenant’s fixtures, telephones, data lines, computers, furniture, etc.) to be installed by Tenant and/or under the supervision of Landlord’s contractor. For
Expansion Date means 5:00 p.m. in New York City, New York on the first date on which the Company has five (5) Members following the issuance of Common Units to Additional Members pursuant to Section 3.4(b)(iii), which date shall occur as soon as practicable following the earlier of (i) the first day of the quarter immediately following the second (2nd) anniversary of the closing of the Initial Public Offering, (ii) the date only one of the Original Control Persons remains a Member or (iii) the date selected by the unanimous consent of the then-remaining Original Control Persons who are then Members.

  • Anything to the contrary contained herein notwithstanding, Tenant may conduct business in the Expansions Premises fifteen (15) days prior to the Expansion Date, which period shall be referred to as the “Beneficial Occupancy Period”.


More Definitions of Expansion Date

Expansion Date means the date on which Landlord Substantially Completes the Landlord Work and delivers occupancy of the Expansion Area to Tenant.

Any amounts for which Tenant shall not timely provide completed requisitions by the aforesaid dates shall be forfeited.
Expansion Date means the date Tenant takes occupancy of the Expansion Area, but in no event later than thirty days after Landlord delivers possession of the Expansion Area to Tenant.
Expansion Date means the earlier of (i) the date on which Landlord's construction obligations with respect to the Additional Space have been fulfilled in accordance with the attached Exhibit A, subject only to the completion by Landlord of any “punch list” items that do not materially interfere with Tenant's use and enjoyment of the Additional Space, or (ii) the date on which such obligations would have been fulfilled, but for Tenant Delay (as defined on the attached Exhibit A). The projected Expansion Date is August 1, 2017.
