Existing Plans definition

Existing Plans has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.6.
Existing Plans means, collectively, the Amended and Restated Sirius Satellite Radio 2003 Long-Term Stock Incentive Plan, the XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. 2007 Stock Incentive Plan, and the XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. Talent Option Plan.
Existing Plans means each of the Webloyalty Holdings, Inc. 2005 Equity Award Plan, Affinion Group Holdings, Inc. 2005 Stock Incentive Plan and the Affinion Group Holdings, Inc. 2007 Stock Award Plan, each as in effect on the date hereof.

Existing Plans means all Employee Benefit Plans of the relevant Person.
