Existing Finance Document definition

Existing Finance Document means a Finance Document as defined in the Existing Facility Agreement.
Existing Finance Document has the meaning given to the term Finance Document in each Existing Facility Agreement (other than the ABN AMRO Facility Agreement (as defined in Schedule 3)) and the terms Security Document and Transaction Document in the ABN AMRO Facility Agreement

  • Finance Documents means these Terms and Conditions, the Agency Agreement and any other document designated by the Issuer and the Agent as a Finance Document.

  • Finance Document means this Agreement, any Fee Letter, any Accession Letter, any Resignation Letter and any other document designated as such by the Agent and the Company.

  • Second Lien Note Documents means the Second Lien Notes, the Second Lien Notes Indenture and the Second Lien Security Documents.

  • Secured Credit Document means (i) the Credit Agreement and each other Loan Document (as defined in the Credit Agreement), (ii) each Initial Additional First Lien Document and (iii) each Additional First Lien Document.

  • Existing Loan Documents has the meaning given to the term “Loan Documents” in the Existing Credit Agreement.

  • Scope Document means the document (if any) that is provided with and becomes part of the Order Form and which defines sometimes in conjunction with a Service Description (as applicable) the Services to be provided.

  • Finance Party means the Agent, the Arranger or a Lender.

  • Borrower Loan Agreement means this Borrower Loan Agreement.

  • Secured Agreement when used with respect to any Secured Obligation, refers collectively to each instrument, agreement or other document that sets forth obligations of the Borrower, obligations of a guarantor and/or rights of the holder with respect to such Secured Obligation.

  • Bridge Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Bridge Credit Agreement.

  • Facility Agreement means an agreement or arrangement between a State Party and the Organization relating to a specific facility subject to on-site verification pursuant to Articles IV, V and VI.

  • Subordinated Loan Documents means the Subordinated Credit Agreement, the promissory notes executed and delivered pursuant to the Subordinated Credit Agreement, and each other agreement, instrument, or document executed by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their Responsible Officers in connection with the Subordinated Credit Agreement.

  • Existing Facility Agreement means Existing Facility Agreement A, Existing Facility Agreement B, Existing Facility Agreement C and Existing Facility Agreement D and, in the plural, means all of them;

  • Existing Loan Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Senior Credit Agreement means that Credit Agreement dated as of December 1, 2006 (as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time), among the Issuer, Holdings, IV, Holdings V, Holdings III, each lender from time to time party thereto and the Administrative Agent.

  • Term Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Term Loan Agreement.
