Existing Equity Interest definition

Existing Equity Interest means any issued, unissued, authorized, or outstanding ordinary shares, preferred shares, or other instrument evidencing an ownership interest in the Parent, whether or not transferable, together with any warrants, equity-based awards, or contractual rights to purchase or acquire such equity interests (including under any employment or benefits agreement) at any time and all rights arising with respect thereto that existed immediately before the Effective Date.
Existing Equity Interest means any Interest in DSG.

Existing Equity Interest means an Equity Interest in any Debtor that is authorized, issued, and outstanding prior to the Effective Date.
