Existing Articles definition

Existing Articles means Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company in effect as of the date hereof.
Existing Articles means the Second Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation of the Company in the form attached hereto and incorporated herein as Schedule 4.1-1.
Existing Articles shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
