Exhibitor definition

Exhibitor s Manual” shall mean the manual supplied by the Organisers to the Exhibitor which contains information relating to the Exhibition and the Exhibition Space and other matters (as amended from time to time).
Exhibitor means a sole proprietor, a partnership or a limited company applying to exhibit at the Exhibition or, as the case may be, whose application to exhibit at the Exhibition has been accepted by the Organiser. For the avoidance of doubt, "Exhibitor" shall include all employees, representatives and agents of such sole proprietor, partnership or limited company. The terms “associate”, “affiliated company” and “associated companyrefer to a person or corporation directly or indirectly related to or connected with the Exhibitor or any of the owner, partners, directors or shareholders (as the case may be) of the Exhibitor.
Exhibitor means the person, firm, company or entity set out in the application form

  • This contract (including the Exhibitor Service Guide and any additional rules or regulations adopted by FEG from time-to- time) represents the entire agreement between FEG and Exhibitor relating to the Event and supersedes any prior written or oral understandings, agreements, or representations by or between FEG and Exhibitor relating to the Event.

  • Unethical conduct, immoral behaviors, or any infraction of the Rules by the Exhibitor, as determined within the discretion of Gratzie Ventures L.L.C., those persons shall be immediately removed and excluded from the Exhibitor area.

  • By erection of exhibit, Exhibitor expressly agrees to the foregoing Rules and Terms.


More Definitions of Exhibitor

Exhibitor means a legal entity, a legal person, or other forms of company which applies to exhibit in the Exhibition or, as the case may be, whose application to exhibit in the Exhibition has been accepted by the Organizer.

Exhibitor means the applicant identified on the front hereof; (b) “Show” means the specific expositions or conferences identified on the front hereof; (c) “Show Management” means Questex, LLC, its respective agents, employees, affiliates and assigns; (d) “Hall Management” means the owner or manager of the facility in which the Show is conducted, and its employees and agents; and (e) “Hall” means the facility in which the Show is conducted.
Exhibitor means the company or person entering into this Agreement, as listed on the Exhibit Space Contract.
