Exhibit C attached hereto is a graphic representation of the Permanent Easement. In the event of an ambiguity in Exhibit B, Exhibit C may be used to resolve said ambiguity.

Exhibit C means the Rules and Regulations attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Exhibit C. Notwithstanding any provisions in this Agreement, the RSUs shall be subject to any special terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit C to this Agreement for the Participant’s country.
