The Executive shall continue to report to the Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”) and/or board of directors of the Corporation (the “Board”), or designate or such other officer(s) as may be determined from time to time by the Corporation, and shall have the duties, responsibilities and authority commensurate with the position.
The Corporation shall employ the Executive as Chief Executive Officer, President, and Treasurer and Secretary of the Corporation.
All funds of the Fund not otherwise employed shall be deposited or invested from time to time to the credit of the Fund as the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, the Chief Financial Officer, or any other officer designated by the Board of Directors may determine.

Any officer of the Fund may resign at any time by delivering his or her resignation to the Board of Directors, the Non-Executive Chair of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, or the Secretary.
