Executive Authority definition

Executive Authority means the executive committee or executive mayor of the Municipality or, if the Municipality does not have an executive committee or executive mayor, a committee of councillors appointed by the Municipal Council;
Executive Authority means the Speaker of the National Assembly and the Chairperson of the National Council of Provinces, acting jointly;
Executive Authority means an Executive Authority appointed under sub-section (1) of section 5;
