From time to time during the Evaluation Period, LlamaIndex may disclose or make available to User information about its business affairs, products, confidential intellectual property, trade secrets, third-party confidential information, and other sensitive or proprietary information, whether orally or in written, electronic, or other form or media/in written or electronic form or media, whether or not marked, designated or otherwise identified as “confidential” (collectively, “Confidential Information”).
This Agreement does not provide a commercial license and User’s use of the Software after the Evaluation Period is subject to the parties’ entering into and executing a separate commercial license agreement.

More Definitions of Evaluation Period

Evaluation Period has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking. Existing Capacity has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking. Expansion has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking.
