European Employees. Forum” means a European Employees’ Forum established in accordance with an agreement referred to in section 11 (1);

• Within the last six (6) months, neither the Seller nor any of its Affiliates (including the Transferor) has communicated in writing to any Governmental Authority or any employee, trade union or representative group any proposal to make any European Employee redundant, and neither Seller nor any of its Affiliates (including the Transferor) has adopted any written redundancy policy in respect of such European Employees.

• For the calculation of credited service, all service as a European Foreign Service Employee or previously known as International Employees or European Employees shall be counted.

More Definitions of European Employees

European Employees means the Relevant UK Employees and the employees of ProQuest Business Solutions UK and its subsidiaries.

European Employees means those Business Employees **whose place of employment is in a European Union country or in a European Free Trade Association country.

European Employees means those individuals listed on Schedule 3(n)(i) employed by Milacron U.K. Ltd., Tirad s.r.o., Milacron Czech Republic S.P.O.L. s.r.o. or Uniloy Milacron Germany GmbH and who predominantly work or provide services for the Business in Europe.

European Employees means the Business Asset Employees employed by the Business in the European Union.

European Employees means those persons who are engaged or employed in connection with or who are employees of the Business to whom the Regulations apply (including the Seconded European Employees) at the ROW Transfer Time (whether as a consultant, agent, representative or otherwise) and (save in relation to the Seconded European Employees) who are ordinarily working in any European Country (where the Regulations are applicable either directly or through implementation in the respective national laws) who are not Company Employees or Retained Employees; Back to Contents

European Employees means all those Employees of Sellers and their Affiliates employed in the Business within the EU; and (b) "Transfer Provisions" means any legislation implementing the provisions of directive 77/187/EEC commonly called the Acquired Rights Directive or Transfer of Undertakings Directive. European Employees means any Specified Employee located in any EU state or the UK.
