EURIBOR Borrowing definition

EURIBOR Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of EURIBOR Loans.
EURIBOR Borrowing means a Borrowing by a Borrower under the Revolving Facility comprised of EURIBOR Loans to such Borrower.
EURIBOR Borrowing when used in reference to any Loan or Borrowing, refers to whether such Loan, or the Loans comprising such Borrowing, is bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the EURIBO Rate.

Examples of EURIBOR Borrowing in a sentence

  • Each Borrowing initially shall be of the Type specified in the applicable Borrowing Request and, in the case of a EURIBOR Borrowing or Eurocurrency Borrowing, shall have an initial Interest Period as specified in such Borrowing Request.

  • Thereafter, the Borrower may elect to convert such Borrowing to a Borrowing of a different Type (provided that Eurocurrency Borrowings denominated in a Permitted Foreign Currency may not be converted into ABR Borrowings) or to continue such Borrowing and, in the case of a Eurocurrency Borrowing or a EURIBOR Borrowing, may elect Interest Periods therefor, all as provided in this Section.

  • Subject to the provisions of Section 2.06(f), the Loans comprising each EURIBOR Borrowing, including each European Swingline Loan denominated in Euros, shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the Adjusted EURIBOR Rate for the Interest Period in effect for such Borrowing plus the Applicable Margin in effect from time to time.

  • Thereafter, the applicable Borrower may elect to convert such Borrowing to a Borrowing of a different Type or to continue such Borrowing and, in the case of a LIBOR Borrowing or a EURIBOR Borrowing, may elect Interest Periods therefor, all as provided in this Section and on terms consistent with the other provisions of this Agreement.

  • The Loans comprising each EURIBOR Borrowing shall bear interest at the EURIBO Rate for the Interest Period in effect for such Borrowing plus the Applicable Margin, but in no event to exceed the Highest Lawful Rate.

  • Thereafter, the Borrower may elect to convert such Borrowing to a different Type or to continue such Borrowing and, in the case of a LIBOR Borrowing or EURIBOR Borrowing, may elect Interest Periods therefor, all as provided in this Section 2.04.

  • Each Borrowing initially shall be of the Type specified in the applicable Borrowing Request and, in the case of a LIBOR Borrowing or EURIBOR Borrowing, shall have an initial Interest Period as specified in such Borrowing Request.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Section 2.04, the Borrower shall not be permitted to (i) change the currency of any Borrowing or (ii) elect an Interest Period for a LIBOR Borrowing or a EURIBOR Borrowing that, in the case of this clause (b), does not comply with Section 2.02(c).

  • If the Borrower fails to deliver a timely Interest Election Request with respect to a LIBOR Borrowing or a EURIBOR Borrowing prior to the end of the Interest Period applicable thereto, then, unless such Borrowing is repaid as provided herein, at the end of such Interest Period (i) in the case of a LIBOR Borrowing, such Borrowing shall be converted to an ABR Borrowing and (ii) in the case of a EURIBOR Borrowing, such Borrowing shall be continued as a EURIBOR Borrowing for an Interest Period of one month.

  • At the commencement of each Interest Period for any EURIBOR Borrowing, such Borrowing shall be in an aggregate amount that is an integral multiple of €500,000 and not less than €1,000,000.
