ETP Securityholder definition

ETP Securityholder and "holder" mean the bearer of any Bearer Security or the person in whose name a Registered Security is registered (as the case may be).

• Any such ETP Securityholder Notice and Direction must be substantially in the form set out in the Elavon Agency Agreement which is available from the Issuing and Paying Agent, any Paying Agent and/or the Trustee.

• Business Day after the Optional Redemption Pricing Date in respect of any Redemption Order, which shall be postponed to the next London Business Day in case such day is not a London Business Day, the Issuer shall notify the relevant ETP Securityholder of the Optional Redemption Amount payable in respect of ETP Securities which are the subject of that Redemption Order, calculated as provided above.
